The SE8350U5B00P is a multifunctional room controller from Schneider Electric's SE8000 series. It combines temperature and humidity measurement with comprehensive control and communication functions. The controller is ideal for the automated control of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in hotels, offices, healthcare centers, and commercial buildings.

The device features an integrated humidity sensor, a precise temperature sensor, and an optional PIR sensor for presence detection. The illuminated display allows operating statuses and settings to be viewed and adjusted directly on-site.

Technical features:

The SE8350U5B00P operates on 24 V AC and can be integrated into building management systems via BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU. A Zigbee wireless interface is available as an option. The device features multiple relay outputs, universal analog outputs (0–10 V), and digital inputs for flexible system integration.

The humidity sensor measures relative humidity in the range of 0–95% with an accuracy of ±5% (between 20–80% RH). The temperature sensor is based on a 10 kΩ NTC thermistor with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. It is mounted on a flush-mounted box; the housing features a modern design and is suitable for dry indoor spaces (IP20).
