Tax information:
For used items, differential taxation according to Section 25a UStG can be applied (no separate VAT identification).
New or regularly taxed goods within the EU are taxed according to the OSS procedure at the tax rate of the country of destination.
Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) are exempt from VAT according to Section 4 No. 1a UStG, provided a valid export certificate is provided.
Shipping usually takes place within 2 working days after receipt of payment, subject to availability.

Shipping is available worldwide; costs and delivery times depend on the destination country, size, weight, and insurance.
Transport damage:
Must be reported within 7 days to make a claim against the shipping company.
Shipping conditions:
Shipping costs are based on actual size, weight and insurance costs.
Additional insurance costs for goods value over €2,500.
For goods valued at over €1,000 to non-EU countries, a fee for export accompanying documents applies.
Import fees, customs duties or import sales taxes are to be borne by the buyer.
B2C – Consumer:
14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.
Goods must be returned unused, complete and in original packaging.
Exceptions: custom-made items, customer-specific orders, opened or installed electronic components.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.
B2B – Business customers:
No statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns only after prior agreement and in original packaging.
Processing fee of up to 20% of the goods value possible.
No returns for custom-made items, imported goods, or project-related orders.
Refund:
Within 14 days of receipt and inspection of goods.
About the payment method originally used.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or defect.
The delivered goods remain the property of Viskol Electronics until full payment has been made.
B2C:
New items: 24-month statutory warranty.
Used items: 12-month warranty (reduced as permitted by law).
B2B:
New items: 12-month warranty.
Used items: Sale without any warranty, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We are only liable for transport damage if the packaging is proven to be improper.
