Shipping Conditions – Viskol Electronics

Welcome to Viskol Electronics . We place great importance on secure, fast, and transparent shipping – both for our business customers (B2B) and for end consumers (B2C). Below you will find all relevant information about our shipping processes and conditions.


1. Shipping time

  • Shipping usually takes place within 2 working days after receipt of payment , provided the goods are in stock.

  • For pre-orders or procurement items, the delivery time applies according to the product description or individual agreement.

  • Special delivery times may apply for B2B bulk orders.


2. Shipping service provider

We work with reliable shipping partners, depending on the destination region, shipping method and value of the goods:

  • DHL

  • German postal service

  • UPS (especially for international shipments or goods valued over €1,000)

  • Freight forwarding (for heavy or palletized industrial goods)

If necessary, we reserve the right to use other suitable service providers to ensure safe and efficient shipping.


3. Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout and depend on size, weight, insurance value and destination country.

  • They include:

    • Packaging material

    • Shipping costs

    • Transport insurance (up to €500)

Additional surcharges:

  • Goods value over €500: surcharge for extended transport insurance

  • Goods value over €1,000 outside the EU: Fee for export documentation (e.g. export accompanying document)

  • Freight forwarding deliveries: are calculated individually

All surcharges are included in the shipping costs displayed to ensure full cost transparency.


4. International deliveries

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Important instructions:

  • Customs duties, import taxes or import sales taxes in the recipient country are not included in the shipping costs and are to be borne by the buyer.

  • Viskol Electronics has no influence on the amount of these charges.

  • B2B shipments outside the EU are sent with a commercial invoice and customs tariff number as standard.


5. Packaging

  • All shipments are secured with suitable packaging material.

  • Sensitive or high-priced industrial goods are shipped on pallets, in wooden crates, or with additional padding if necessary.

  • Environmentally friendly packaging is preferred, without compromising on transport safety.


6. Shipment tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the shipment online at any time.

  • For freight forwarding deliveries, shipment tracking is carried out by the respective freight forwarder.


7. Special agreements (B2B)

  • Transfer of risk in B2B transactions: Upon handover to the transport service provider, the risk is transferred to the buyer (Section 447 of the German Civil Code).

  • Partial deliveries are permitted for B2B orders unless expressly excluded.

  • Urgent or express deliveries are possible after prior arrangement and are charged separately.
