Omron D6F-01N2-000 – Precise MEMS flow sensor for low air volumes (±1 L/min)
The Omron D6F-01N2-000 is a compact, high-resolution MEMS flow sensor for precise measurement of the smallest airflows. It is particularly suitable for applications in medical device technology, laboratory automation, leak detection, and systems with sensitive airflow control.
This sensor measures bidirectional air mass flow in a range of -1 to +1 liters per minute (L/min). The integrated MEMS element enables highly precise and repeatable results – independent of fluctuations in temperature, pressure, or humidity.
